Our Thinking For A Change classes are typically 10 to 12 weeks in duration, depending on the needs of the client. We hold classes once a week for (1-2) hour sessions in small group settings of 6 to 8 people per class. Our schedules are very flexible; offering morning, afternoon and evening classes throughout the week.

In our Thinking For A Change classes, we discuss decision-making and problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills, self awareness and empathy. Our goal is to help our clients by exposing them to new perspectives and skill sets that can greatly benefit their lives personally and professionally. You cannot do more than what you have experienced or been exposed to.


We do not know what we do not know, right? Most of our clients believed that if they would have learned information that is shared within our classes when they were younger, they would have been healthier than what they currently were before taking the class.
