Our Anger Management classes are typically 6 to 12 weeks in duration, depending on the needs of the client. We hold classes once a week for (1-2) hour sessions in small group settings of 6 to 8 people per class. Our schedules are very flexible; offering morning, afternoon and evening classes throughout the week.
In our Anger Management classes, clients will learn that anger is in fact a natural emotion, which we all are born with. The goal is to help our clients identify their angry emotion early on so that he or she can control their anger before it escalates and get out of hand leading to destructive arguments and even physical altercations, which sometimes can destroy relationships and opportunities. Once we can get our clients to see the root of their anger, is usually when they are set free from the bondage of symptoms that kept them emotionally bound to their past pain, hurt and disappointments.
We introduce new perspectives and skill sets to help our clients so that they may begin to change their outlook on negative situations and increase their emotional intelligence.
